Domestic Return policy
All backdrop sales are final. We will not accept backdrop returns except on the rare occasion where items have been damaged in shipping.
We strive to provide the highest quality products in the photographic industry, but due to the special nature of background products, we cannot accept returns for other situations.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Each product is hand-painted and they are all unique pieces of art. Each backdrop has its own characteristics and may not look exactly like the photo on the product page.
International Return policy
Return your item using your preferred carrier, whether that is UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Credit will be issued once the return has been received and processed.
